Stephen Jackson's New Journey

Good Morning
I'm sending you this email to officially let you know that I am no longer with the Workshop in Business Opportunities - WIBO. I recently started a company with two of my daughters to provide an innovative way to develop successful entrepreneurs.
Before I say anything about my new venture, please know that if you choose not to hear from me again, please go to the bottom of this email and unsubscribe and you will never get another email from me again.
This year my daughters, a close friend, and I launched Transruptic, Inc. Our mission is "To inspire, educate and support BIPOC to create and grow successful companies that hire from their communities to impact and improve their neighborhoods." Several reports show that entrepreneurship is one of the fastest and best ways to improve the economic development of communities. However, in communities where People of Color live, that is not the case.
During my years as a serial entrepreneur, business owner, WIBO volunteer, and past CEO, I saw the entrepreneur problems in our communities differently. My research last year uncovered some significant issues with how entrepreneurs are taught and supported.
I started Transruptic to help People of color become successful business owners that will hire from within their communities, support local charities, and provide more economic activity in their neighborhoods. The Transruptic curriculum is designed for adult learners that want to build systems based on evidenced-based practices. The curriculum also focuses on financial literacy and small group coaching. Our curriculum is unlike any previous entrepreneur curriculum, and it was designed to support our Entrepreneurs in Training (EITs).
After our 12-week program ends, our work increases. EITs are enrolled in a 12-month Think Tank group that meets twice a month. During these bi-weekly meetings, EITs bring their issues, problems, and concerns to the group and have the group work together to develop solutions.
Transruptic will provide entrepreneur support for 15 months, helping our EITs scale to the point that by year two, our EITs are operating as business owners with paid staff allowing our graduates to work on the growth of their companies.
I invite you to stay connected with what we're doing; please sign up for our newsletter at our website https://transruptic.com/ scroll to the bottom of the web page and sign up.
