There isn't really a Day 17.

I mean, you're still working on making more offers, and so, yes, we're still working, but the 'official' challenge is finished.

And I just want to say two things.

First, no matter what you did or didn't do - you and whatever you've learned in these weeks, whatever you've experimented with, whatever you've tried or changed - you are worthy of celebration.

Change feels hard, visibility feels scary, and you're still here, doing the things.

Second, thank you.

Thank you for joining me, for trusting me, for being willing to experiment with me, and allowing me into your world even for a little while.

It is an honor that I never ever never take lightly.
