Last week in my FB group we UNcomplicated pricing.

Yes. It's possible. Yes. It's worth taking the time to think about it SO differently. Because really, the amount of time and energy we all spend on pricing drama is just way too much... we all have way better things to do with all that energy and time!

In the workshop we talked about the FIVE most common ways that we like to COMPLICATE pricing and about how to shift from complicated to way, way, WAY simpler.

The good news is that simpler does not require you to do hours of research, it doesn't require you to really DO much of anything, actually... simplifying your pricing is something you can start (and finish) right now, today.

And.

Last week I also made some changes that you'll be seeing out in the socials, and here in email.

I updated the name of my FB group and also the name of my podcast.

Both are now called 'UNcomplicating Business for Teachers, Helpers, and Givers.'

Why am I telling you?

Well, first, I want you to be able to FIND them when you want and need them.

Secondly, I want you to know that while the names have changed the CONTENT - the things we talk about, how we talk about them, why we talk about them, how things are shared, why and with who - will not.

Really - and it feels kind of weird to say this - the name change is kind of (at least to start with) about me.

Teachers in Business has been my safe place - teachers are my safe place - and also my coaching and my business have grown to serve people in and also beyond the teaching community.

For me, this little rebranding is about stepping OUT of my safe place 'officially'... I've been out in the world helping teachers, helpers, AND givers for a long time now, and it's time for me to fully embrace that, welcome it, and TALK about it.

And also, the change is about you, and the people I help.

I get lots questions from people who I think of as teachers but who don't give themselves that label asking if the podcast and/or group are for them - like 'is it okay if I join even if I'm not a teacher?' kind of questions.

And I want those people (and maybe it's you) to feel fully included, welcomed, and embraced. It's never been about leaving people out, and what I realized recently is that the old label - Teachers in Business - was doing just that.

I'm telling you all of this because I want YOU to have this same permission that I've had to give myself over the last few months, moving toward these changes (and the new shiny website that's coming right behind them, eeeek!).

Look around your business right now - where are you holding on to a name, a label, an idea of yourself that no longer IS actually you, and no longer really fits?

Where are you hanging onto a version of who you are and what you do that YOU are beyond? And how do you want to fully step into and embrace who you are today?

How do you want to welcome ALL of the people who are already with you into your world?

Finally, I want to say thank you. To YOU.
