Happy Friday !

As we head toward the end of the week here, I wanted to share this:

Here's what I want you to know.

Growing is HARD work.

Growing a business is HARD work.

It's simple...but it's NOT easy.

And about half the time?

It feels like crap.

If this is you, I see you.

And I want you to know that you are normal.

Nothing is wrong.

And you are NOT stagnant, standing still, sliding backwards, or treading water (all things I've heard recently...).

You ARE growing.

It's not the feeling in the moment that matters most.

It's the TREND.

And if you are learning, if you are persisting, even if you are FAILING... you are trending in the positive direction.

(and yes, failures COUNT because as a client pointed out to me this week --> 'with each failure we are one step closer to success')

So, friend...

Don't stress over the moment to moment.

It's like a never ending rollercoaster going up and down and round and round.

That's just it's nature. No need to fight it.

Instead, focus on the trend.

And KNOW that it's all headed in the right direction.

Because it is, and you are.

KEEP GOING.
