Challenge Day 10 - keep on keeping on [through the hangover]
May 11, 2023 1:41 pm
Hey hey ,
You're 2/3 of the way into trying this thing, and likely you're feeling at least a little STRETCHED.
And that's uncomfortable. I get it.
Your brain might be protesting, and suggesting that mayyyyybe you've tried this experiment enough and now it's time to settle back down.
It also may be in the throes of 'is it even making a difference??!?'
First, this is NORMAL. Whatever version of internal protest-march your brain is leading, it's okay.
Think of it kind of like starting a new workout program.
For the first few weeks, while you get used to the new level of activity, your muscles are SORE.
This is the same. These are just brain muscles rather than biceps.
Second, it means that today's a good day to pause and reflect.
Reflection is how we remind our brains that it's not allllll bad.
So ask yourself these THREE check in questions today:
1. What's working? What am I PROUD of so far?
2. What have I learned?
3. What and how do I want to adjust?
*Notice there is no question about what's NOT working. It's not there on purpose. Focus on the good - build on that. The rest is just noise, k?
Third, if the protest is SUPER loud and you're feeling really, really stuck - reach out.
Ask your questions on email or in messenger or in the FB group - I'm here for you.
And if you're like yes, but I want MORE than that - cool, that's fine.
You are always welcome to schedule a one-bite coaching session (90 minutes of ME, just for YOU), and we'll work through this and whatever else you want to bring. You can pick a time here.
Generally these sessions are $225, but in this challenge a session going is 90-minutes for $150, available through June 2nd. So grab a SPOT.
Finally, just a reminder, the Q&A is MONDAY 5/15 at 2:30 pm EST on Zoom (here's the link).
YOU ARE DOING AMAZING.
[even if you aren't sure - I AM]
Keep going :)
Much love,
Sara
