It's not okay to send you this...

Hey there!

Sometimes things feel COMPLICATED.

Maybe a lot of the time.

Marketing feels complicated.

Selling what you offer feels complicated.

Reaching your goals feels complicated.

I get it.

It happens here too.

But I know how to get out of it....

Do you?

For me there are 3 ingredients to turning complicated to simple.

#1.

My journal and a good question or two.

Looking at your thinking, and thinking ABOUT your thinking is key. It's hard to simplify things if you're not altogether sure what's actually making them feel complicated.

I do this by writing, and so can you.

And if you're not sure what to ask yourself, check this out: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1rJ8cDwrqOhaqAAsEUuhgxmVGp4amQoUq/view?usp=sharing

I created a simple, handy freebie with journal questions you can use starting right now.

This very direct question: How am I complicating _______? (marketing, selling, reaching my goals).

When things feel complicated, 9 times out of 10 it's because we are making them feel complicated. The key is figuring out HOW.

Once you answer that question for whatever area feels hard right now, follow it up with this one: So, what IS my (simple) process for ______? (marketing, selling, reaching my goals).

Odds are that you're following the same three or four steps time and time again - you just haven't noticed them yet.

Asking yourself this question is how you discover them (and realize they've been there all along!).

#3

Coaching.

We all do things that make our lives complicated that we just can't see.

We can't see them because we are looking at them from the inside out.

And when someone looks at what we're doing in the other direction - from the outside in - it's SO much easier for them to see where we've tied knots that aren't needed, or added steps we could do without.

For me, having this outside perspective in my work has been a VITAL part of my success, and is one I will never (ever) be without in my business.

I just don't have the time or ability to see all of my own knots - none of us do.

I'm thrilled to have someone else point out the knots. I'm thrilled to be able to point out knots to my clients.

We all need someone who's overriding goal is to help us make our lives and businesses simpler. It's just not something human brains were made to do alone.

And if you really want to simplify all the complicated, coaching is the way.

Here's to simplicity in all things, but especially business!

Warmly,

Sara

PS. If you want coaching - but you're unsure, uncomfortable, or just plain afraid to reach out - I see you.

It's okay. It's okay to feel all those things. And it's okay to just carry on - for now, and for as long as you need.

I want you to know I'll be here when you are ready. And when you DO finally take the leap and reach out, I promise that your time will be well spent.

You'll get what you need from me - even if our one free conversation is the only time we ever talk.

No matter what, I'm glad to connect, so when you're ready, hit reply and we'll set up a time to talk.
