Lately I've been hearing a lot of 'I'm just STUCK' - I hear it in networking conversations, in my group, in the calls I'm having with new clients...everywhere.

So today in my FB group I did a quick, simple workshop called 'From PLANNING to DOING' and shared three strategies for getting UNSTUCK.

One of the MOST effective ways to get unstuck is to get coached.

If you are in you own way, there is no faster way to make progress than coaching - truly. I know this as a coach AND as a client. Coaching makes a difference.

I was in a workshop as a participant today, learning a new skill for my business, and the coach described why coaching is THE way forward in a way that hit the nail on the head.

He said 'Trial and error can work; but it's ALSO the most expensive path because of all the time, energy and money you waste along the way.'

And he's right.
