Challenge Day 3 - the tips you need to KEEP going

Hey there, ,


Okay, so here we are, Day 3.


First, no matter what you have - or haven't - done so far, you are okay. Actually, you're better than okay - you're AMAZING.


Nothing is wrong. You can go ahead and stop giving yourself crap about what you have or haven't done.


Second, let's remember why we're here.


More offers = more impact = more income.


We CAN let this be simple. So let's do that.


If you want to help more people, saying what you do and how you help more often is key.


So here are the tips you need to (get) keep going:


  • Be clear on what you are committed to. Is it 1 offer per day? 3? 5? Is it one one platform? More than one? In email? What's the goal? The clearer you are here, the simpler doing becomes. And if the goal you just set paralyzes you, stop - rethink, it's probably not the right goal. There's a difference between setting a big scary goal and setting yourself up to fail.


  • Be clear on the timeline you are committed to. Trying this for the two weeks of this challenge is great - but also? NOT long enough. We want time to practice, fail, adjust, practice, fail, adjust... and onward. A month is good, but 3 months would be better... :) Yes, you can do this.


  • There is no 'right' time, 'right' way, 'right' platform. There are no 'right' words. There is just you, saying the thing, and moving on. That's it. More offers means more chances to practice saying it, so no one offer need be perfect (perfect isn't a thing anyway...). More offers does not ALSO equal more time. Perfect is the enemy of DONE here... let's aim for done.


  • If you're still feeling the 'ugh' about all of this - pause, and connect to WHY it matters for you and for the people you are trying to help that you make more offers. WHY does it matter that you do this? WHY does it matter to them, to your business, to you, to your family? Connecting to WHY helps us connect to strength, to willingness, and to openness (none of which hurt us when we're doing new stuff!).
