Oooooh, September! The unofficial start of the year :)

Hey there ,
September is HERE.
In my head this is always when the year 'really' starts, because after so many years in classrooms, it's just the way I think.
September makes me want to REFRESH in so many ways - not least of all by buying all new office supplies (I mean, how can you not??!).
Can you relate?
This mid-year fresh start is great in SO many ways, and one of the best of the bunch is that it's a great time to hit 'refresh' on your goal just like you're refreshing every where else in your life.
So, in the spirit of the goal refresh, this month I'm running a super useful challenge in my FB group called the September Stretch.
All you need is your shiny fresh goal - that you actually want to hit by 9/30 - and a few minutes a day to stretch yourself into reaching it.
It's a simple yet POWERFUL way to set a goal and actively work at being the version of you who HITS it all month long.

One important note:
This challenge is really all about bridging the gap between PLANNING (which we're all excellent at...) and DOING.
If you are a a great planner, but all of those plans don't turn into action that actually grows your business, this challenge is for you. It's all about taking ACTION, one small stretch at a time!
(Because you know just as well as I do that all plans and no action does not help you hit goals....)

Why?
Because you are 70%+ (70%+!!!) MORE likely to hit a goal you've shared in writing with someone else.
(So really, why NOT share? Why NOT increase your chances that much???)
