Hey there ,

First thing this morning I shared a post launching version 2.0 of my Teachers in Business Mastermind.

And a colleague reached out shortly thereafter and said 'Why are you doing this on a FRIDAY? Launches on Fridays don't work.'

My first thought was 'Oh shit. I did it wrong.'

My next thought was 'Wait. Launches don't work on Friday according to who?? And why not?'

And it was followed quickly by 'Whatever I'm doing IS totally fine. It's working. It doesn't matter what day it is.'

I'm sharing it because it was a GREAT example of what happens to ALL of us in business, on the regular.

We do something. Someone tells us that's 'not the way it's supposed to be done'. And then we have to figure out what the hell to do next.

I could have let her note stop me this morning. I could have deleted the post and waited until a 'more appropriate' day of the week. I could have done a lot of things. I could have listened to her.

But (clearly) I didn't (and I'm not planning to).

So often THIS is where we pause, backtrack, back down...

I want you to know that it doesn't have to be, and I'm here to be a model of that even though part of my brain is still screaming 'but it's FRIDAY, stoppppppp'.

The truth is that the only thing you are 'supposed to' do in your business is whatever the hell works for you, whenever the hell it works.

For me, it worked to launch this second round of my mastermind on a Friday.

And so that's what I'm doing.

You'll be coached every week, and we'll be setting up a regular structure for 1:1 peer coaching within the group.

AND you'll have access to the resource kit (and ohhhh, the things that are being created for the resource kit!). This is NEW and being created JUST FOR THIS GROUP.

Please know that the group is going to be SMALL... limited to 6 people because it maximizes your access to coaching while also creating space for collaboration and learning from each other.
