It's not meant to be for everyone...

Hey hey, ,
Yep, still talking about transformations.
There's just this one more part to all of this.
Ready?
The transformation you offer?
It's not for everyone.
It was never meant for everyone.
This isn't teaching. Business and the work you do whether it's a service or a product, it doesn't have to change every single person in your world. That's not the job in business, it's different.
And part of the job when we talk about transformation is to make it clear who it's for and who it's not.
This is actually a big part of WHY we talk about the transformations at all.
Part of our job as business owners is to share the transformations so clearly that people go 'ick, that's not me, no thanks' OR 'whattttt. YES, me please'.
When we talk about the transformations we help people to see themselves - or not - in what we do. And that's when people decide - to come closer, to say yes, or to unsubscribe, unfollow, or just say no.
For example:
My small group coaching program isn't for you if you don't want to be challenged.
- It's not for you if you don't want to be at least a little (ahem... more than a little) uncomfortable.
- It's not for you if you don't want to stretch, try new things, fail at stuff, have success get messier before it gets cleaned up, or have the feelings and the way we feel as business owners be a part of the work we do.
Because all these things are part of group coaching with me. They are the pathway to transformation, in general and together, and if these aren't on your list of things to do right now, then this round isn't for you.
Group coaching isn't mean, you won't get called out, you won't be put in a position that you can't succeed from - and also, I'm direct, with love, and here in service to you, your goals, and your business... and sometimes that feels like you want to hang up on me. I'm good with that as long as you are :)
So, what do you do with this, right now?
Welp.
First: go tell them - the people in your world - the parts of getting the transformation that might not be for them.
Make it clear, and then let them decide what to do with it, because really, just DECIDING yes or no in and of itself is a transformation more often than not.
Help your people to decide.
Second: decide, today, that group coaching with me is (or isn't) for you. Be transformed by DECIDING and then telling me where you ended up.
I'm still here, either way - and no is just as safe as yes. Decisions are always better than just... waiting, undecided, forever.
Hit reply and tell me yes or no. Or hit reply and ask me whatever question you need answered so that you can say yes or no. I'm here
Here's to DECISIONS.
Much love,
Sara
