Today is about beginnings and endings

Hey there, ,

In business (and in life) there is a constant stream of beginnings and endings.

This week I have both.

Today, I had the last session of group coaching with a group that's been together since the fall.

So many good things have happened to each of them, in each of their businesses and lives - big plans for new offers coming into the world, new successful offers being sold, higher prices, stronger sense of their value and the way their work helps people, firmed-up boundaries, and more - I'm always delighted by the amount of progress we've created by the end of 6 months of group coaching... and always also sad to be finished.

At the end of each round of group (and with 1:1 clients too), I always ask them to share their biggest takeaway.

Today it was really about how being in a group learning together expands us all in both ways we wanted/needed and those we didn't expect. And that? That's the magic of group coaching.

Maybe you're coming to the end of something soon, or even today. As you do, ask yourself (as I'll ask myself tomorrow in my own journal too): what's MY biggest take away? What was the $10000 less I want to take with me, as I move forward from this thing, person, experience?

The answer is ALWAYS worth it.

And also, just like there are always endings, there are also always beginnings.

It's spring here, so there are flowers (FINALLY), but also, we're beginning a challenge on Thursday.

It's journaling AND doing.

Because journaling is great - but coupling journaling with action is business-changing.

So much of what we all worry about in business is if we're doing things right... when really? The biggest barrier in every business isn't what we're doing --- it's what we're NOT doing because of how we're thinking.

Journaling is about changing THAT, freeing us up from being our own barriers and then taking simple, focused actions that FOR SURE move business forward.

That's what we're doing in the challenge starting Thursday - it's free, and you should join. Sign up here.

Something I always ask myself at the beginning of things is one you might consider ahead of this challenge (or anything new you start). Ask yourself: What does success look and feel like in this new thing? How will I ensure my own success?

Here's to beginnings and endings :).

I look forward to seeing you in the challenge!!

Warmly,

Sara

PS! The next round of group coaching will be in the FALL. There are seats already grabbed in that group of 4... so if you think group coaching in the fall might be for you, we should talk about it sooner than later. Hit reply and we'll find a time!
