One of my Charting Business Success small coaching groups is starting to wrap up.

We have ONE week left (a bonus week!), and today as we were working I noticed something MAGICAL.

My group has started to coach EACH OTHER.

All along they've shared ideas and feedback - in my group this is ALWAYS welcome.

But today?

They took it to a whole. new. level.

It even went to the place where one of the members suggested homework for the three of them, and they all agreed (before I could even jump in).

This today was magical for a few reasons:

• This means the group dynamic and norms have been well established, ALL of the trust has been built, and they know how to be coached and coach each other in a way that works.

• It means that when the group is finished, they'll still have a core to return to - even if it's not me - when they need support... they've built the ties that will last FAR beyond this group.

• It means that they TRUST THEMSELVES in the group. It's all well and good to trust me, as the coach, and the other members, but it's another thing entirely to TRUST your own voice, and they do.

• It means that the group has built up their confidence in who they are, what they do, and exactly what they have to offer each other and the world.

AND? They've all grown their businesses too.

THIS is the magic of group coaching.

And if you're not in, you're missing out.

If you want business growth, plus confidence, TRUST in yourself, and people that will ALWAYS have your back, this is where to get it.
