Maybe I should have gone with the original title?

This morning I was sorting through papers on my desk and I found the original title for the workshop I'm holding (hosting? throwing? it IS kind of like a party...) this Thursday and Friday, How to Make Sales from Networking.


Originally it was going to be 'Stop 'Converting', Start Connecting'.


I think I decided somewhere along the way that the original title was a little too... harsh? Yell-y?


I'm not sure exactly when it changed - but the sentiment? The idea that the way to make sales from networking is rooted in CONNECTION versus trying to convert or convince or coerce or anything else icky?
