The best questions I know for today, in 3 buckets

Hey there, ,

Good questions make a difference.

Here are the ones I'm asking myself this week (and clients, because I'm that kind of fun ;)) that might also be helpful to you too.

They come in a couple of buckets:

FOCUS questions:

Maybe you answer them in your journal, or maybe you just know the answers right off the top of your head... either way, their worth asking today, this week, this month.

  • What matters most today?
  • What's my focus right now, and why does it matter for me, my business, and my people?
  • What's the simplest next step? (or, what's the shortest path from here to the thing I'm trying to accomplish?)

RFELECTION questions:

Over here this week I'm reflecting on the Selling for Weirdos launch over the last few weeks - the workshop, the emails, the conversations... all the things. And as I'm working on that reflection, there were a few questions that have been super helpful you might also try on as YOU reflect on things that you've done...

  • What did I LOVE about it?
  • What was fun?
  • What did I learn?
  • What parts do I want to repeat and why?

PLANNING questions:

April was b u s y here. In a good way, but also in the way that didn't leave a lot of room for planning the next things. So right now I'm thinking about planning the next few months -- and when I plan it's more about what I want to create in my business and for my people, what kinds of content I want to focus on and where I want my energy to go. It's not really about day to day, but about stepping back to create a focal point for 90 or 120 days. Here are the questions I'm asking:

  • What are the core messages I want to be sharing for the next while?
  • What are the transformations my clients are having/are happening through my work that I can share?
  • What would be useful AND fun to create and share?

Which bucket is for you today?

And.

I got the NICEST compliment yesterday over email.

A recent connection was connecting me with someone else in her world she thought I should know and all she wrote was 'Sara is a business coach, but honestly different than any other I have ever met!'

I love the idea that I am getting to expand what people think of when they think of 'business coach' and that people are getting that what we do here in coaching, together, isn't the same as what everyone else is doing. It's business coaching, but weirder (in a good way!).

If I can be of help to you - with the questions you're answering today or in your business on a weekly basis, know that I'm here for YOU.

It's business coaching - but also? It's different. In a good way. And if you want to try it on, book a call to talk here. I promise there's no pressure to say yes, and that I only WANT you to say yes if you find that my weird and your weird are matching weirds ;)

Much love,

Sara
