The word of the day is elevate...

Four coaching calls into the day today, the word of the day is ELEVATE.


It's been a part of every conversation I've had today and basically all the mentions come back to the same question:


How can we elevate both our people and ourselves through our work?


Take a second and think about this question for your business.


  • What does it mean for you to elevate your people?


  • In what way do you elevate them? How does it help? Why does it matter?


  • What does it mean to elevate yourself and your business?


  • How would it look? What would it mean? Why does it matter?


And really, as I write this, I'm asking myself what I mean by 'elevate'?


Today, for me, in this context what I'm really talking about is how we raise the level of what we're all doing - no matter what we do for people.


For me it's about helping my people - YOU - simplify work, success, balance, living life as a business owner, and in turn, helping my business to reach more people so that they too can have access to simpler success.


For my first client today, elevation is about helping people access new + creative ways to express themselves so that they do everything else they do with greater ease, clarity and connection.


For another, elevation is about helping her people (and herself) be ahead of work, planning, creating, strategizing rather than always catching up from behind, a step late, scrambled.


Elevation different for everyone.
