Useful things for September - maybe 5, maybe more?! :)

Hey hey, ,
This morning I was thinking about what I wanted to share in an email today and I had WAY more than 5 useful things... so I'd love to say I will be able to keep the list to 5 today, but also, I'm not making any promises, yet, HA!
1. On Friday I was talking with a whole variety of people about celebration - and someone said 'but right, okay, cool, I get it - and also, what I do I actually DO to celebrate?'
And I thought 'ohhhh! I have a podcast for that!'- so if this is you - you want to celebrate but it feels weird, or you're not sure how, or you just wants some ideas about what celebration could look like (and ps, it can look like ANYTHING you want it to), listen here - SO WORTH IT! Possibly this is one of my all time favorite episodes.
2. There is a NEW podcast episode today too - it's for you IF you're NOT in love (in any way) with selling and sales. If you are hating the sales side, please please please try this on, I promise you don't have to keep hating it :)
3. Speaking of sales - and if that's not something you're into right now, sorry, it's sort of the drum I'm about to be beating on for the next bit because it makes SUCH A DIFFERENCE when you aren't hating selling, mark your calendar for next Friday 9/22 at 12:00 pm EST.
I'm leading a live (free) workshop in the FB group called 'How to Stop Avoiding Selling: Feelings, Selling, and how to do it Differently'
The one key takeaway I'm going to give you right here and now is this: Feeling bad about selling is NOT a you thing. You aren't bad at it, you haven't done anything wrong, you aren't failing. We have been TAUGHT by the world around us to feel bad about selling in about 762 different ways - and together we're going to change THAT. YOU, friend, you aren't wrong - and there is a different way to sell, with entirely different feelings that you can start using today and be less miserable.
4. See, I'm already at 4. CRAZY. How did this happen so fast. I have so many things left!
Okay - next. There was a post in the group last week about favorite business questions to ask yourself as a biz owner and the responses were FAB.
I want to make sure you have the questions, so I pinned the post to the top of the page in the group, but also, my FAVORITE of the bunch was this one: "What am I resisting right NOW?"
THIS one. It's one I've asked myself every freaking day since I read it, and the answers have been....ummm... interesting to say the least.
For you? Try it on. Let it squish around in your mind for a while... see what you get. I was surprised - you might be too.
5. Group coaching is the BOMB. It will change your business and maybe even your life (but surely your business...).
In group coaching we do all these things:
We do them WITHOUT drama, extra complication, or judgement and WITH kindness, compassion, and in community.
There literally isn't a better way to grow.
If you're thinking of group coaching, the deadline for this round is approaching (it's 9/22!), and the next round will likely not be until February 2024.
If you're curious, if you're a YES, if you're maybe ready, if you're absolutely ready... book a time to chat about it here, orrrr just hit reply and say 'let's talk about group coaching.'
6. Seeeee... I knew it wouldn't be just 5. And also I promise this is the last one.
It's this: if you're feeling like things in your business are quiet, remember that alll the things, including connecting, engaging, and visibility in your business start with YOU.
We are the leaders. If you want more engagement, ask yourself 'what is my own engagement right now, and how can I engage more deeply?'. If you want more connection, ask yourself 'how am I reaching out for connection right now?' and if you want more visibility, ask yourself 'How am I showing up in the world, for the world to see right now?
6a. (ha!) Please know I LOVE to hear from you.
If you have something to share, celebrate, or worry over, if you have a question, a problem, a bit of feedback - hit reply and say so.
I'm here because of YOU, for YOU, always.
Warmly,
Sara
