What they wanted and what they got

Hey there, ,

When we moved here to PA, we looked at about a million and seven houses.

We had all these ideas of what we wanted when we first started looking (if you've ever house shopped, or apartment shopped, you've done this too...) and when we finally decided on a house it turned out that we got what we wanted AND things we needed and had no idea existed - the dead end street where my kids ride bikes and play and do all the things because there's next to no traffic is just one of many things we have LOVED but would not have known we wanted.

I'm thinking about this today because I think coaching - in particular group coaching - is the same.

Clients come to group coaching - I went to group coaching - because of something they want and don't have.

And they walk away with that and then a WHOLE bunch of things they needed and love but had no idea they even were things to think about.

For example, in the last few rounds of group coaching:

  • Client M came wanting balance and better systems because she was feeling overwhelmed all. the time.

She walked away with systems, AND having hired more (much needed) help, with a whole crap-ton more trust in herself as a leader, and a plan for growing with and through her new-bigger business that actually fit the life she WANTED all along.

  • Client L came wanting to be able to get up from her desk and walk away when her kids got off the bus without leaving a pile of work to do at night.

She walked away with that, AND with a whole new arm of her business that enabled her to do the part of her work she loved most more often [making more money doing it], and putting down some of the pieces in her business that were most time consuming (and that it turned out she didn't want to do anyway).

  • Client M (yes, another M!) wanted clarity on what she was offering so that more people would buy.

She walked away with a clearer niche, more than one offer she loved AND with a trove of evidence on how the people she's already helped grew so that she could simply and easily stay in touch with her expertise, KNOW her value, and use that knowing to make many more clear, effective offers [and she does, allllll the time now, with ease!].

These are THREE of many.

My own version of it goes like this:

  • I went to group coaching to learn how to fill my coaching practice.

I walked away with (not exactly, but close to) that AND a whole new sense of myself and my power as a business owner, a group of powerful women I still am connected with today (and my group coaching was in 2021) who I learn with and from all the time, and a clear sense of how to talk about me, my business, and my value MY way.

So, for you today?

I'd like to invite you into this same kind of growing.

We all have something we want - more clients, clarity, a bigger business, less overwhelm, simpler systems - and you'll get that AND from group coaching.

You are the curriculum. The plans for each group are made for each group, with the needs, goals, and wants of the individual members at the center.

You don't need to have ever been in coaching before, and you don't need to worry that you won't fit it - you will, and it's my job to make sure of it (I'm really, really good at this part in particular).

Group coaching is for you, and I can't WAIT for you to get what you want AND so much more from coaching.

Annnnd, also.

If you want to talk about joining please know that I'm not going to make you say yes - my job is to help you decide if it's for you, and that's it. Coercion and weirdo sales pressure isn't my thing, so that won't be a part of the call.

If you're curious, let's talk. Book a time here or just hit reply and say 'I'm ready to talk about group coaching!'.

Here's to getting what we want AND :)

Warmly,

Sara

PS! THANK YOU all for the fabulous feedback on the playlist I shared last week - I'm SO glad you're loving it, that's so much fun. May it bring you JOY!
