In the last two+ years there has been one habit that has been THE difference maker in my business.

• It never takes longer than 10 minutes at a time.

• It's not something that you have to do everyday to get AMAZING results (but you can if you want to max out the benefits...).

• It can be done wherever you are, whenever you have time.

• It's not something you need a special tool to do, and it's not something new you need to learn.

Sounds good, right?

So what's the habit?

EVALUATION.

(I know, I know. Hear me out.)

When I say evaluation I mean small 'e' evaluation rather than the formal, stuffy, time consuming kind of Evaluation.

I mean quick, in-the-moment evaluation.

2+ years ago my coaching business went 5 months without making any money.

$0. Nada. Nothing.

When I started to evaluate regularly, that changed.

When I KEPT evaluating regularly, that STAYED changed.

I haven't had a month where I made less than $1000 in the last 20 months. And most months I made significantly more than that.

Because I kept on evaluating.

Making evaluation a habit changed everything for me.

And it can do the same for you.

If you choose to make anything new a habit in 2022, this is the one.

And you can start right now, today.

Ready?

Set a 10 minute timer, pick ONE aspect of your business (selling, marketing, connecting, content, money, time, mindset, whatever...) and ask yourself:

• What's working in this area right now?
• What's NOT working in this area right now?
• What do I want to do differently starting right now?

And then move on.

Tomorrow or the next day, pick and new area and do it again.

Is there more to it than this?

No.

But also yes.

Evaluating is half the battle.

The other half is taking the actions that you see need to be taken AFTER you evaluate.

Evaluating is a business-changing habit.

But you MUST follow through on what you find.

On-going evaluating + Taking action from evaluation = Guaranteed success

This is a formula that DOES. NOT. fail.
