Tomi and Timi sat round a table, sipping their drinks and talking.

Then suddenly Tomi said to Timi,

"Timi, have you heard about The Not-So-Secret Formula?"

Timi replied, intrigued and said 

"What's that?"

"It's a formula for Success".

Tomi said, leaning in closer, "It's been passed down from generations to generations and only a select few knows about it"

Timi's eyes widened. "Really!? What is it all about? How does it work?"

"Well… It is something simple yet powerful!"

A thing becomes a secret when you don't know about it… 

But immediately you come across it, 

It is no longer a secret. 

And today, 

I will be sharing with you the Not-So-Secret Formula to get people to recognize you. 

That's what I was about to reveal to Timi.

Do good work and share it with people.

Simple! Easy to understand. 

However, it is a two step process thingy: 

One: Do good work

Make Stuff everyday

Just know it will be hard. You will fail. But you will get better. 

Two: Share it with people.

Tell people about it.

Make people tell others.

Let the cycle continue that way. 

It will make you an authority to people in that field  

And when an opportunity arises to make it work, you will be thought of first. 

And that's how you can build success for yourself my dear.
