Have you ever defined the core principles for your workplace engagement with people?
How do you want to show up everyday? What experience do you want to give people?
This was something I did before I resumed my first professional job after graduation.
Let me share them with you.
1 - Because I have been bought by the blood of Jesus, I am too expensive for any employer to pay. I am therefore employed by God and only on deployment to the office I work in.
2 - Work must be used to create long-lasting relationships
3 - Don't do in 2 hours what I can do in 1 hour.
