I’m doing a training session for members of my team today.
It’s part of a 4-day training session.
One of the biggest thing I want to pass on is this.
Every Client is VIP.
Our company has different cadres of clients who buy different product types.
The temptation is to focus on the big ticket clients and treat them as VIP.
But today’s low ticket client may be tomorrow’s big ticket client.
If you treat them right.
I have seen it happen in one of the companies I worked in.
One client, over a decade, introduced the firm to multi-million dollar projects.
It started with someone treating him as VIP.
Today, treat the people you serve as VIP.
Every person you serve is VIP.
Not just for today.
But for all times.
As always.
Keep Multiplying what you have been given by God in life.
