You only talk about it when something happens and it needs special tools to decode.
Today's session was about simplifying it for you.
My job is this.
Make leadership simple enough for you to go out there and actually do it.

So, what does a leader have to do?
It's just 3 things.
Show up everyday to do this and you will see your team impact grow.
And the trust of the team in you will also go up.
The 3 things a leader should do daily are:
1 - Rainmaker: make sure your team has all the tools they need to succeed.
2 - Pathmaker: seek out new opportunities that increase the impact of what your team does.
3 - Imagemaker: create new partnerships and strengthen existing ones which help your team deliver better.
