i-Attend and all services are now available as of 2:58 PM CT. Total downtime was 24 minutes.

The issue was caused by a failing switch at our Ashburn, VA data center. Engineers replaced the hardware immediately and servers connected successfully. While this event is rare, we are in discussion with them on how this can be prevented in the future.
