As part of our planned infrastructure upgrade (Segra DC), all services are being moved to a brand new facility on the same campus, which was just completed this year at 3101 International Airport Dr, Charlotte, NC. Because of this upgrade, you can expect more redundancy, more on-net carriers, and a better, higher capacity network immediately and with more to come in the future (without the need for any similar migrations for decades to come)!

Please expect a downtime on August 16, Friday, beginning 8:45PM until 11:30PM EST.

Have you tried the new i-Attend TAP app available in the digital stores? So far feedback has been very positive. We encourage you to try it for your next conference.

Just to recap, here are some key features of the i-Attend TAP app:

• Organizers can share information about the conference, it's sessions, speakers, and sponsors.
• Attendees can manage their own agenda from sessions they want to attend and meetings they set with other attendees.
• Ability to use the Self Check-In app at sessions, or present Badge ID for the Capture app.
• Attendees can send messages to other attendees - increasing attendee engagement.
