Thank you to all of the readers and authors who participated on the New Release Party on Thursday. I really enjoyed myself. If you didn't want it to end, I can tell you, there is another one coming shortly as the third instalment in the Dragon Assassin Academy series is close to being completed - and you do not want to miss the cover reveal!

I have also decided to become more healthy and start a diet which has worked wonders for me in the past. If you want to join me and let me know how you get on, I have added the diet food plan below. Obviously, if you have any dietary requirements or do not feel well sticking to this schedule, then stop and get advice from your GP as I'm not a health advisor or doctor.
So these will be my accountability posts. As on 24th July, I was 100 cm around my waist (over belly button) and 67Kg. I want to lose 10Kg. Wish me luck because I'm going to be HANGRY this month!
