Register interest for your next holiday

While you wait for more updates about my writing career, I focus on live/work balance with the theme of summer holiday!
IMPORTANT TO ME!
I am still keen to get my dream project further toward reality. As many of you know, I have been asking in the past about interest for renting a holiday villa in the south of Spain, along costa del sol. It is a good venue for family gatherings, small company parties, weddings or just relaxing with friends in the sun (Even pets are welcome!). I want the villa to have a store room with items that can cater for all occasions. (Decorations for weddings, champaign glasses and I can even help to source favours and other items required.) Because you are renting the entire villa for a private group of people, the number of guests are only limited by the safety regulations by law. If there are five bedrooms but you want to have a sleepover of kids on air mattresses in the living room, that is fine. I can supply sleep-suitable air mattresses and baby travel cots, dog beds etc. If you split the cost between the families, you can have a very affordable luxury holiday!
The good deal with it, the USP, is that if you commit to renting a week in the first two years of the project, you will receive an additional holiday week for free when you book after the two first project years. So pay for one week but get two!
I am registering interest now without any commitment or payment needed. In April 2027, I will send out an email to everyone who has registered their interest to confirm if the project will go ahead and arrange to obtain the necessary documents for me to keep on file by Spanish Law with regards to short term holiday let etc.
Why this business model? The answer is: the committed funding from your bookings over the first two years, will be used towards the purchase price of the villa. This is why, once I own it, I can offer you a free week in the coming years. The image of the villa on my website is only an illustration of what I want to purchase but not the actual villa, as it all depend on what funding I receive towards it and what is available on the market once I am in the process of buying. I only need 104 families to book a week and my dream comes true!
Once I get my villa rental business set up, I can write my new stories for you full-time! Win-win! :)
