Soon after my first back surgery I was playing Minecraft and thinking about what my next book would be. I needed humor and adventure to make up for my dreary estate. I'm grateful to God for the gifts he's given me. I hope this will be a gift to its readers. It's partly dedicated to our daughter, Lia, as I was still heavy in her loss as I wrote it. A writer Paul Campbell Jr in our community passed around then too, and I kind of incorporated honoring them with parts in this book. So, humor, action, and maybe some heart feels.
