In case you missed the announcement on my social media platforms, I've got some big news to share.

No, it's not the release of the first movie... that's to come, I'm certain.

However, it is to announce something equally fantastic for me.

Enter: Conundrum Publishing.

CP are a new, specialist publisher of leading thriller books (they only sell thrillers). And in January this year, they approached me.

I was a natural fit for them.

We signed the contract for The Hunt series within a week.

This last weekend, book 1 has been republished, and it looks better than ever!

I wrote about the process a bit here on my website.

Since January, I've been going through each book in the series again. The Prey first released in 2017, was only my 5th novel written by that point, and needless to say, I've improved as a writer a lot since then.

The opening chapters have been dramatically reshaped. For example, we originally met Alex and Anissa for the first time in chapter 5. Now they are there at the opening of chapter 2. I've changed dates, created a new fictitious Russian President (and nameless US President) to make the book and series have a longer shelf-life by linking it less to actual events and characters.

The story is still the same, just now it shines all the brighter.

I'm already well into editing book 5 and hope to have gone through all nine before the summer. The latter books (as well as being a fantastic read for me) require far less repairs, thankfully.

Book 2, The Pride, will come out next month (May 26th).

Paperbacks and audio versions will come a little down the line.

In 2023, Conundrum will also begin publishing my standalone thrillers (the early ones, I suspect, needing a lot of input from me to bring them up to current standards). I'll also be bringing out my next brand new thrillers via this publisher.

Going forward, once these edits are all completed, it'll mean I have the freedom to just focus on the writing side... which is a dream and something I promise will mean many more astonishing novels from me to come for years ahead.

There might even me a move (of home/country) in the air at some point, and if that happens, you'll hear about it right here...
