Welcome to March.
I want to start by asking you something gently:
How have you really been?
This month, our theme is Redefining Progress on a Cerebral Palsy Journey — and I want you to read that slowly.
Because progress is not always dramatic.
It is not always visible to outsiders.
And it is certainly not measured in milestones alone.
Sometimes progress looks like:
• emotional stability after months of overwhelm
• finally creating a structured routine
• gaining financial clarity instead of operating in panic
• choosing peace over pressure
• resting without guilt
That counts.
Last month, we had honest conversations together.
We talked about moving from survival to structure.
We challenged the idea that being busy automatically means productive.
We unpacked emotional regulation as a leadership skill for caregivers.
We discussed financial stability and intentional parenting.
We reminded ourselves that loving your child deeply does not mean losing yourself in the process.
And one truth stood out clearly:
Exhaustion without direction keeps you in survival mode.
Thriving requires strategy.
This is exactly why the 90 Days Mentorship Program exists.
