Feel like you’re procrastinating too much? Here’s how to overcome procrastination and get more done in less time in 3 simple steps.
- You need to make sure that you set ENOUGH time aside to complete the task at hand. If you’re not realistic here, then you’re just going to disappoint yourself.
- Set your intentions for your study/work session? What do you want to accomplish in 30/60/90 min? Without clarity, you’re aimless.
- Remove all distractions and ruthlessly execute. Put your phone on airplane mode and close all unnecessary tabs.
I used to struggle so much when I sat down to study. I would start and then 10min get a text from a friend or a notification from Instagram and somehow I would find myself on youtube 30min later. Once I dialed in my high-performance strategies that helped me stay focused I was able to reduce my distractions and get more done in less time.
This is just one of the ways that I help people achieve 10+ hours in their week so they can focus on their hobbies, side hustles, and relationships.
