Feel like you’re procrastinating too much? Here’s how to overcome procrastination and get more done in less time in 3 simple steps.


  1. You need to make sure that you set ENOUGH time aside to complete the task at hand. If you’re not realistic here, then you’re just going to disappoint yourself. 
  2. Set your intentions for your study/work session? What do you want to accomplish in 30/60/90 min? Without clarity, you’re aimless. 
  3. Remove all distractions and ruthlessly execute. Put your phone on airplane mode and close all unnecessary tabs. 


I used to struggle so much when I sat down to study. I would start and then 10min get a text from a friend or a notification from Instagram and somehow I would find myself on youtube 30min later. Once I dialed in my high-performance strategies that helped me stay focused I was able to reduce my distractions and get more done in less time.


This is just one of the ways that I help people achieve 10+ hours in their week so they can focus on their hobbies, side hustles, and relationships.
