How to unwind from a BUSY day!

In the midst of the hectic schedule I made for myself I find it can often be difficult to unwind. I know that you have a busy schedule to and like me, might be struggling to leave school or work behind when you get home.


Here are 3 things you can do to FOCUS when you get home from your work:

  1. Write in a Journal 3 things you're GRATEFUL for
  2. Write Journal write 3 things you're PROUD OF (that you accomplished that day)
  3. Write 3 things you want to IMPROVE tomorrow (immediately)


By doing these things right after work it will allow you to UNWIND and prepare you for other daily tasks that need to be done at home.
