But like anything worthwhile, you’ve gotta use it to feel the magic. Let’s talk about how you can really make this membership work for you (without boring yourself to tears).

1. Dream Big, Then Write It Down: Success is in your intention

What’s your big vision?

Maybe it’s scaling your business to six figures, landing your dream job, or making an impact in your community. Whatever it is, take a second to get super clear on it.

Why?

Because when you know where you’re going, it’s way easier to figure out how The WO Network can help you get there.

Our virtual and in person events are the heart of the community. PowHER Hour, Celebrate & Elevate, Coffee Connections, Lunch & Learns etc—these aren’t just gatherings; they’re where magic happens. Show up, share your story, and be ready to connect. You never know who you might meet—a future client, collaborator, or even your next BFF.

Action Step: RSVP to an event this month and come with an open mind. Bonus points if you bring a fun fact about yourself to break the ice.

4. Flaunt Your Expertise

You’ve got skills, and the world needs to know about them.

Whether it’s being a teaching a mini mastermind live session, writing a blog post, or volunteering to be an ambassador or advisory board member, The WO Network is your stage. Don’t be shy—this is your chance to shine.

Action Step: Shoot us a message about a topic you’re passionate about that would be of value to this community(or write it in the Directory form). We’ll find the perfect way for you to share it with the community.

5. Post With Purpose (and Know the Rules)

One of the top perks of being a Poppy Member is the ability to post in the group! Here’s how to make the most of it without breaking the rules:

• Promo Posts: You can post one promo directly to the "Main Wall" of the Facebook group each week.

• Tues/Sat Promo Threads: These are additional spaces to share your offers or services without spamming the feed.

• Intro Posts: Reintroducing yourself is always a good idea. We recommend doing an intro post once a quarter—share who you are, what you do, and how the community can support you.

• Questions & Engagement: Got a question or a topic you’re curious about? Feel free to post about it! As long as it’s not a promo, asking questions or starting conversations is a great way to connect with other professional women in the group.

• Do Not Promote on WHATSAPP Channel

Pro Tip: Keep it real and relatable. Posts that spark genuine conversations often get the best engagement.

Why so many channels, you ask? Welllll, here’s the deal:

• Emails can end up in spam.
• Facebook Messenger sometimes blocks group messages.
• Some members prefer calendar-linked event notifications, while others love emails.

We’ve got you covered no matter your preference! Believe us.... we wish that only one channel of communication worked.

7. Event Information: Never Miss a Thing

Events are listed in multiple places to make sure you always know what’s happening:
