I hope you're all having a great Thursday morning so far. As we kick off the day, here's a quick market update: Stock index futures are currently trading above fair value, while commodities are seeing a mixed performance, with crude oil trading lower in the premarket.

The TSX continues to shine against the backdrop of higher commodity prices in comparison to the US market. However, it's crucial to maintain a cautious stance. This is the opportune moment to consider taking profits off the table and securing our gains.

Our stance remains bearish on the stock market until we witness a daily sell signal from the VIX. However, it's worth noting that we're not anticipating this signal to occur today.
