Hi ,

We just had the new moon in Leo which is an amazing time to get reflective and set some intentions. This month is a bit of a roller coaster ride of energies and now is a time when shady things can find their way to the light.

So this is an amazing opportunity to live your life to your fullest and truest potential. A resolve I'm recommitting myself to in this new cycle for sure.

Those who've joined me in my Unlimit Your Beliefs workshop are also getting an incredible opportunity to jump start this process!

So what are some ways you can harness the energy of this cycle to get it working FOR you?

Here are a few tips:

• Reflect before you act ~ Spend some time truly thinking through your situation and relationships. Now is not the time to speak first or make assumptions, but to spend time looking within first
• Practice patience ~ With yourself and with others, now is a time to really give grace and understanding. Emotions are running high right now, be careful not to let them carry you away
• Meditate on the destination ~ When we know what we desire for ourselves and our lives, we are far more focused in our thoughts and actions to carry us there. Now is a time to truly look within to be sure you're connected with where you're going and how you're getting there
