Hello ,
We're going to move on from facing our fears, into a deeply powerful ritual which is tied to every aspect of self improvement and living our best lives. It's time we move into the practice of forgiveness.
To quickly recap some vital aspects of forgiveness, remember that we need to begin with a conscious choice to forgive. It's important for our own well being to forgive others, circumstances, and especially ourselves.
This process can be as simple or as formal as you personally feel called to. Remember that this is more about what you need than anything else. The one unifying aspect, whether you write a letter or preform a full ritual, is to let the act of forgiving be an end to the situation.
Once you forgive, release yourself from the emotions that have weighed you down fully.
This worksheet has been left more freeform to truly let you tap into what it is that you most need to tap into the release of forgiving. Create your list of who or what you need to forgive and be sure you understand all the emotions around each.
Then define what you'll do to find your forgiveness. Be sure that this is something you can repeat regularly. As with so many things, the power of this practice is in being able to do it again and again as needed.
