The pull to sit with your feelings is a necessary step to see the path forward. It is important to remember that our emotions are the fuel for aligned action. By sitting with them, understanding comes. Through understanding, comes choice.

Give yourself time to be with what you feel without judgement or influence. Let your emotions be your guide. Be cautious about losing yourself to this inner space. Remember that there is more waiting for you after you've spent time reflecting on your heart.
