How are you holding up after that solar eclipse paired with a new moon?

I'll be honest, I'm on a bit of an energetic hangover in the wake of taking on far too much on Saturday. Strangely, it hit me not because of the beautiful readings I was able to share.

The vibrational overdose came from amazing conversations with other practitioners present. Which is on me for getting so caught up in passionate talks that I didn't keep grounded.

I should know better, especially in eclipse season with the veil thinning. So can you guess what I'm focusing on this week? Yep!

Look to the root

We grow from what we go through. Those past experiences, emotions, and lessons are the things which form our foundation. Or the roots our lives and selves grow from. Before the next phase of growth can begin, now is a time to examine those threads of what has been. 

See what is past through the lens of who and what you are now. Avoid romanticizing or marginalizing those deeper experiences. Allow the emotions to flow without stagnating your present. See the vibrant life each of them has led to in the here and now. Honor this and learn from it.
