The Autumnal Equinox

Today marks one of the powerful times when day and night are equal. This theme of balance and gratitude makes Mabon one of my favorite celebrations on the Wheel of the Year.

It feels especially powerful coming the day after a new moon and solar eclipse.

While we're still in the energy of new beginnings and bringing light to what is often unseen or overlooked, taking stock of our abundant blessings moves us forward. These can come in the form of lessons we've harvested from seasons past. The ripening of results ready to be gathered thanks to our previous efforts. Or even the simple blessings we maintain while going through our lives.

To celebrate this day in other powerful ways, try:

• Baking, especially with apples
• Create a feast with seasonal flavors
• Journal and reflect on balance
• Take a walk in nature to experience the changing season
• Sit with your Q4 intentions framed by the gratitude for your 2025 to date
