Unlimit Your Beliefs ~ Day 1!

Hey !
I hope you had a chance to prepare everything over the last few days so you can hit the ground running today!
What I hope you’ll get out of this challenge is:
- An understanding of what belief systems are
- How they’re formed
- How limiting beliefs impact our lives daily
- What hidden beliefs are
- How to change beliefs to help you instead of holding you back!
Obviously we’re not going to change a lifetime of conditioned beliefs in just four days. But, you can certainly gain a new understanding of what has led to the beliefs you have and begin to shift them with the tools I’ll be sharing.
I’d like you to think about what you’d really like to get out of this challenge. Then I want you to think long term… what’s your ultimate goal in unlocking your belief in yourself? Then I want you to think about what steps you’ve taken in the past to achieve this? This is how you create a strategy for change!
It doesn’t take fancy systems or complicated techniques. In fact, as much as possible, I encourage you to keep things super simple. That’s the secret for sticking to any new practice. Don’t get lost in the details and flood of information which is out there on the internet, your Facebook feed, etc.
Bottom line, there’s no one size fits all solution. No two people hold the same exact beliefs because no two people have lived the same life. In fact, one statistic shows that 96% of people who engage in self improvement will fail.
Another study found that 70% of people fail to achieve their goals.
BUT!
What sets you up to be a part of the 4-30% of people who successfully better themselves and reach for their dreams, is that you’re here.
Forbes published an article which found the five main reasons people fail is:
- They don’t know how to listen
- They aren’t open to the ideas of others
- They aren’t honest with themselves
- They don’t take time to develop others
- They don’t take initiative
You’re here in this workshop ready to listen to me, be open to what I have to share, you were honest enough with yourself to join this community where we’ll be supporting each other, and you took the initiative to be here. You answered my questions from the last email, and you’ll be doing the exercises in your workbook!
