Hi There ,
How was your weekend? Are you enjoying the final days of summer or are you already into the thick of back to school?
I took a deep dive into work this weekend in the best ways. Getting to take part of the One Woman Fearless Summit in downtown Seattle, I connected with SO many incredible women and am fired up to step on that stage.
I also got to put finishing touches on not one, but two powerful presentations for upcoming virtual summits. And I finally get to share the first one with you!
Now I'm actively balancing some much needed rest and connection with my family. I have some exciting things coming up in the next few weeks and I need to recharge to be ready!

Remember Your Blessings
When facing feelings of lack and scarcity, it becomes vital to ground yourself in awareness of what you do have. By looking for what is abundant, we attract more of the blessings we desire. There is always something to take comfort in. Be it health, connection, spaciousness, or beloved memories. Take this time to be intentional with your gratitude practices.
Just as we can’t build a foundation on sand, we can’t build a life of abundance by focusing on lack. There is a shower of treasures in the coming cycle. Prepare yourself to appreciate them by seeing clearly what you have now. This is a legacy for your loved ones. Help them remember their blessings by setting the example.
