It's July !

Around the first half of every year, we are told to reflect, to look back and then look ahead.

What does this mean as a creative?

What does it mean as a reader?

Well, as a Literary Magazine, we asked ourselves why? Why are we here, doing this thing with words? We framed it like that random question thrown to writers at interviews. So, why do you write?

Who knows? But, we cannot ever not try to answer this and like the writer who wants nothing more than to be locked up in a floating house with his muse, we try.

Why do we curate issue after issue even when we are not sure it would reach a million readers? We love words , we do. We went from loving it, to wanting to bottle up it's scent for others (business idea: le strips scent 😂)

And, we found you , a testament that someone else needs words, art and community.

Now, pray tell, why do you do any of this ?

3. Our website got catalogued on Duotrope. Yes, it's growth. We have been around for 4 years going on 5 and this warms our heart.
