That is why I always tell my clients that applying moisturizer prior to bed, is essential to prevent water loss. When we sleep for 6-8 hours, we are not ingesting water or liquid. Oily and Dry skin all need a ceramide. How do I know my moisturizer has a ceramide? Just look at the label. It will say it has ceramides, lipids or fatty acids.
