It is almost Saint Patrick's Day!!! I used to love going to the Saint Patrick's Day festivities here in Miami, but I don't think we are going to go out this year...my husband Nick just started a new job, and we are in the middle of selling his house...

Y'all, my back hurts from all of the cleaning and moving! We just had our inspection today, so let's cross our fingers that all goes well and we can close soon. He is selling his house to a nice single dad and I am so HAPPY that a family will be living in the house. I've lived in my house for about 25 years, and this is the house I raised my daughter in, and it was my dad's childhood home. I am big on family homes and giving kids a place that is their safe place. <3
