Starter Activity
I don't cope well in cold weather generally, let alone whilst doing exercise! Although it's not for me, there are many sports whose outdoor seasons continue throughout the dark, winter months. The cold weather can impact sporting performances and our bodies, so it is important performers are prepared. This starter will allow students to discuss what needs to be considered before taking part in activity during winter.
