Have you ever wondered how a sport gets elected to be part of the Olympic Games? To even be considered, a sport must be 'widely practiced', increase the 'value and appeal' of the Games and reflect 'modern traditions'.

This week's Starter looks at some of the sports not currently included in the Olympic Games and asks your pupils to consider whether they should be added in the future. Cue discussion!
