🚀 Q3 updates: Big wins, bigger stages, and Fruit Snack Streams momentum

Hi friends,

Q3 has been nothing short of exciting ... and it’s not even over yet!

Over the last couple of months, I’ve:

And September is closing Q3 with a bang.

👉 I’ll be in Orlando next week, meeting with early childhood educators and regional stakeholders, developing partnerships, and laying the groundwork to pilot The Nap Time Show™ 2.0 — also known as Fruit Snack Streams (FSS).

Here’s why that matters: FSS is what happens when you take the magic we’ve seen in classrooms with TNTS (calmer transitions, joyful storytelling, mindfulness in action) and remove the limits of time and space. FSS will deliver the same impact to thousands of classrooms at the same time. Teachers get trusted, ready-to-use programming. Kids get calm, fun, SEL-rich content. And directors finally get a resource that supports their staff instead of burning them out.

Then it’s straight to “Creation Day.” Out of a highly competitive pool, I was selected as the sole winner of Rocket’s new Marketing Accelerator Program. I’ll spend a full day embedded with Rocket’s IMC team (yes, the creative heartbeat of their global brand!) thanks to a new partnership with Black Tech Saturdays. This is a huge opportunity to supercharge our messaging as we prep for scale.

And the momentum keeps rolling. On Sunday, September 28th at 1PM, The Nap Time Show is hitting its biggest stage yet: Spirit Plaza in Downtown Detroit! We’ve been booked by the city to close out their Sunday Family Fun Days. It’s free, open to the public, and the beginning of bigger and bigger live stages for us.

Not to mention, due to HIGH demand, we're excited to bring the Childcare Changemakers Retreat BACK soon. Expect bigger, better, bolder and more rooted in the future of early childhood care.

You’ll also soon see content collabs between us and brands like Kidgo and Daycare.com (and a few more global names I can’t announce just yet).

Why the random surge of traction?

Because this is all confirmation that we’ve landed on something big. Rocket is buying in. The City of Detroit is buying in. Orlando, FL is buying in. Daycare.com is buying in. The smartest players see the future of early childhood media shaping up, and they want a front row seat.

So here’s my ask:

  • If you want in on piloting FSS, let’s talk. Pilot partners get early access, direct input, and the chance to be first movers in a solution designed to tackle retention and transition challenges head-on.
  • You can also join as a research partner! If you serve and are committed to the early childhood workforce? Here's your chance to collab on something built to keep teachers in classrooms, while actually helping kids grow.
  • If it’s not the right time, I’d still love for you to follow along with our journey. I’m sharing updates regularly on LinkedIn, and things are moving fast.

As always, thank you for being in this circle with me. It’s because of relationships like these that the work has been able to grow in the first place.

With gratitude and excitement,

Sierra
