Happy Friday!

The Weekend's coming up and it's Labor Day Weekend.

I know what you're thinking:

"How can I stick to my Mediterranean diet without feeling like I'm missing out on all the fun?"

Don't worry, I've got you covered. 😉

Here's your game plan for a delicious, healthy Mediterranean weekend ...

... that'll keep you on track (and might even impress your friends).

Friday night:

Instead of ordering pizza, try a homemade Mediterranean flatbread.

Whole grain base, topped with olive oil, fresh tomatoes, olives, and a sprinkle of feta. Pair it with a glass of red wine. Boom - Friday night sorted.

Saturday brunch:

Whip up a quick Greek yogurt parfait.

Layer yogurt with honey, nuts, and fresh berries. It's protein-packed and will keep you full till lunch.

Sunday dinner:

Fire up the grill for some Mediterranean-style fish.

Brush with olive oil, lemon juice, and herbs. Serve with a big colorful salad on the side.

Here are 5 easy hacks to stay on track:

1) Prep your snacks:

Cut up veggies and store them with hummus for easy grabbing.

2) EVOO is your BFF:

Drizzle extra virgin olive oil on everything. It's heart-healthy and adds amazing flavor.

3) Go nuts:

Keep a small container of mixed nuts in your bag for on-the-go snacking.

4) Hydrate Mediterranean-style:

Infuse your water with lemon and mint for a refreshing twist.

5) 80/20 rule:

Stick to the diet 80% of the time. For the other 20%, enjoy life.

It's all about balance.

Remember, this isn't about perfection.

It's about making small, delicious changes that add up to big health benefits.

Alright.

That's all I got for today.

You got this.
