3 things you can do right now.
1. Pick a small realistic goal.
In the next week try to stick with a couple of recipes you like and eat it for 2 weeks straight.
You might see what happens.
2. Prep your meals.
It's always easy when you know what to eat in advance.
Like that saying goes "Failing to plan is planning to fail."
3. Know your cravings and find substitutes.
If you know your triggers for unhealthy eating, it will let you find things to swap in there to curb your cravings.
For example, If you love crunchy food and it drives you to eat chips.
Substitute it with a fresher option like baby carrots.
(And stop moving the Starting Line) 🏃♀️
