Have you ever heard this saying ...



When you’re overly focused on results, you set yourself up for disappointment. ðŸ˜²



And in more ways than one...

It’s easier to get comfortable and lose consistency.

It’s easier to lose motivation and quit altogether.

I’m not saying you can’t be motivated by results.

Just realize this ...



The more time you spend focused on results, the less time you can spend focused on the process that’s going to get you there.



It’s easier to focus on the process when you recognize the magnitude of ways you can make progress.

Sure, losing weight in the Mediterranean diet is progress.


But so is ...

- Maintaining a new low weight.

- Increasing your daily step count.

- Fitting into new or old clothes.

- Getting back on track faster.

- Planning ahead more often.

Every bit of progress you make moves you closer to the RESULTS you want.
